The GRE Subject Tests offered for the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology, Literature In English & Physiology. Approximately 50 percent of the Mathematics Test questions involve calculus and its applications — subject matter that is assumed to be common to the backgrounds of almost all mathematics majors. About 25 percent of the questions in the test are in elementary algebra, linear algebra, abstract algebra, and number theory. The remaining questions deal with other areas of mathematics currently studied by undergraduates in many institutions. Passing percentage given by us in this is just a random figure. Your raw score will be determined by the number of questions you answer correctly. This score is then converted to a scaled score through a process known as equating (which may vary from one test edition to the other).
